  1. The funniest of all is the Lawrence Welk parody "Wun'erful, Wun'erful!"-(Side Uh-One) and (Side Uh-Two). Note that Freberg is joined by voice-over actor Daws Butler[of Yogi Bear fame and other Hanna Barbera cartoons], who worked together in an early version of /5(20).

  2. This was my first exposure to the genius of Stan Freberg (a commercial voiceover specialists and song parody/ jingle writer in the s and '60s). My mother used to watch the Lawrence Welk Show, so I understood this takeoff right away. Absolutely dead-on and one of the best ever recorded.
